According to ANI sources inside the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have indicated plans to petition the ICC for events in Dubai or Sri Lanka rather. This calculated action highlights the BCCI's attempts to give safety and geopolitical issues top priority for their players and officials, therefore reflecting the sensitivity of the geopolitical situation.
India prevailed over Pakistan by a margin of 6 runs in their last match in the ICC T20 World Cup. India scored 119 runs in 19 overs during the match, which took place at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium. Rishabh Pant and Jasprit Bumrah displayed exceptional performances. Pakistan's innings concluded at 113/7 in 20 overs, with Mohammad Rizwan heading the charge, despite a valiant effort to recover.
